Event Management

MONTH OF COORDINATION

Our coordination services will allow you, your family, and friends the opportunity to relax and enjoy the day, while we take care of the details. The planning process also begins with a 15 minute complimentary consultation. Once your date is secured, we will discuss and determine what additional support you are in need of to ensuring that your special day runs smoothly.

Prior to day of:

1 Hour video or phone final consultation –– 6 weeks prior to the wedding to develop the wedding day time-line, create a detailed itinerary

Confirm vendor contracts, arrivals, and set-ups one – two weeks prior to wedding

1 hour Rehearsal Assistance – guide family, wedding party, & officiant through the timing and script of the ceremony

Day of:

10 – 12 hours of coordinating

Assist client as required throughout the wedding day

Distribute bouquets and boutonnieres
Greet guest and guide as needed
Wedding Party Line-Up – oversee execution of the ceremony

Ensure bridal party is looking perfect before walking down the aisle

Coordinate Vendor Arrivals – oversee set-ups

Oversee all wedding day deliveries

Ensure Arrival and Set-Up of Personal Items – guest book, programs, unity candle/sand, champagne flutes, cake knife and server, card box, menu cards, table names and numbers, rings, etc.

Ensure the design of the venue appears as anticipated
Coordinate events and announcements throughout the reception
Giving heads up to parties involved to ensure organization
Ensure guests meals are served properly and watch for dietary restrictions
Organization of the bridal party and guests for the Grand Entrance and Exit

Communicate with DJ – oversee reception execution (announcement of arrival, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.)
Distribute Final Payment/Gratuities – service staff, DJ, officiant, etc.

Provide wedding emergency kit
Coordinate all dynamic facets of your day into a seamless and polished event: vendor management, attend to guests needs & inquiries, facilitate solutions to unexpected challenging situations that may arise, etc.
Handle all last minute needs. Problem solve
Collect gifts, toasting flutes, cake cutter, guest book or sign in, unity candle & pictures and ensure they reach the proper vehicle or on-site hotel room
